A sound bath is a wonderful way to release stress and anxiety and drop into a state of deep, restorative rest. I know I am looking forward to taking time to slow down and dive deep into a world of rest, relaxation, and sound. Even though I am still "doing" when I facilitate sound baths, I find it to be incredibly meditative and centering.
