Hey everyone, I’m Brady Preyss, DeepFeet Instructor in Asheville, NC. I’d love to take a moment to introduce myself. I‘ve been teaching w DF for 5 years now and practicing ashi for about 10 years out of my 13 years as massage therapist. I knew I loved ashiatsu from Day 1 of my first course. It just makes so much sense! I was needing a way to work intelligently with my body being a full time bodyworker.

I love to move and love embodiment practices: dancing, contact improv, exercise, Spartan races, hiking, swimming and yoga… yes please.

I used to be a coach and PE teacher many years ago and teaching comes naturally to me now. I love making my classes as fun as possible. Don’t stop at DF1 , trust me, the advanced courses will blow your hair back.

Come see me in the beautiful Appalachian mountains, take a course, get a session from me, and stay a couple extra days to enjoy the beautiful area.

I love teaching barefoot massage mechanics. Also known as ashiatsu.
It’s fun to use your bodyweight for long gliding strokes. You have to either give it or receive it to really know… so, let’s go !
