The equinox is a threshold, when day and night stand equal and we’re reminded of the balance between light and dark, effort and ease, heat and cold.

At Drip, we meet these shifts together with a week full of ways to move, breathe, and gather in the season’s turning:

Tonight: Men’s Movement Medicine with → embodied leadership and grounded practice (3 spots left)

Saturday: Fall Equinox Morning with → yoga and movement, breathwork, and self-care to renew balance

Sunday: Sunday Sauna Social with → strength training plus bodyworkers, food, live music, coffee, sauna and plunge
