It’s getting close! We hope to see you there!

We are 2 weeks away from the 11th Annual "Autumn Festival: Caring About You.” Thursday September 18, 2025, 10am-2pm at Blue Ridge Mall in Hendersonville, NC.

This is is not your typical festival. It's interactive, encouraging seniors, caregivers, and our local communities to live the best life possible.

- Four informative presentations will take place center court educating attendees with the knowledge to assist themselves and their loved ones, have their questions answered, and meet with presenters:

1) 10:00am Older Adults Isolation. The power of cultivating social
relationships, building community and improving life.
Presented by Bethanie Templeton, MSW.

2) 11:00am Scams & Identity Theft. Identify prevalent scams and
frauds, how to respond, and keep your information safe.
Presented by NC Department of Justice Outreach.

3) 12:00pm Medical and Patient Fraud. Types of cases, signs,
reporting process and whistleblower protection. Presented by
NC Department of Justice Outreach.

4) 1:00pm Artificial Intelligences (AI) Impact on Older Adults.
Presented by NC Department of Justice Outreach.

-Vaccines including flu & covid will be provided by the Henderson County Department of Public Health. Remember to bring your insurance cards.

- Over 50+ local vendors and resource exhibitors will be present to inform, educate and build attendees knowledge of aging resources in our local communities.

- Health screening, networking and interactive demonstrations will take place throughout the day.

-Remember to pick-up a FREE tote bag at the Aging Projects exhibitor table to hold all your resource material.
