We had a great time welcoming back the Florida A&M University Division of Physical Therapy students! 🎉✨

Shoutout to our Residency Faculty Site Lead, Jon Castro, PT, DPT, OCS, and internal traveler Asia Larsen, OTR/L, for hosting an incredible social night full of connection and fun with the future leaders of rehab.

It was great catching up with returning students and welcoming first-years with balance challenges—complete with PTS chipboards for the winners! 📋🏆

In honor of World Cancer Support Month, we’re sharing more of Bill’s journey—and the care that helped him heal. 💙

After being diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer, Bill faced surgeries, chemotherapy, and the challenges of living with an ostomy. During his recovery, pelvic floor therapy became an unexpected turning point—helping him rebuild strength, regain control, and find hope for the future.

This educational series, inspired by Bill’s experience, highlights how intentional care can make a life-changing difference.
