As summer comes to an end, we're still basking in the unforgettable memories from our annual Aeroflow Summer Bash! It was a joy to see the whole Aeroflow Health family come together for an evening of pure fun. We had everything from delicious food trucks 🌮 and refreshing ice cream 🍦 to live music 🎶, lively games 🎲, and huge inflatables! Plus, lots of exciting raffle prizes and company swag.

This is one event we look forward to every single year, and it was the perfect way to celebrate all of our incredible people. We're already counting down the days until next time!

It’s our 9th time on the Inc5000 list, where we are also ranked #8 in Asheville, NC, #61 in North Carolina, and #235 in Healthcare & Medical for 2025.

When Katie Church joined Aeroflow Health in 2010, she was just looking for a job. She didn’t have healthcare industry experience or even health insurance—but she did have the grit to figure it out.

Fifteen years later, Katie has helped lead cultural change, build new teams, develop training programs, and shape how we deliver solutions. She’s now our Director of Business Operations and Analytics, and a proud part of the Aeroflow Breastpumps team—where she helps make healthcare more human every day.

Her journey is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people grow together.

Every person at Aeroflow has their own "Aeroflow story" — a testament to the grit, diverse backgrounds, and authentic character we champion. Our COO, Lauren Bennett, uniquely embodies this. As she shares in her video, "we want to get it right with our employees," and it shows! Since 2020, an incredible 25% of our team taken has taken parental leave, and all have returned to continue their journey with us, reflecting our belief that when we take care of our people, they thrive.

CEO, Casey Hite, Chief Strategy Officer, Ryan Bullock and Government Relations Lead, Mindi Walker, traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for policies that improve healthcare access. They met with government officials, including Congressmen Greg Murphy, Neal Dunn and Richard Hudson, to champion causes such as relief from tariffs and telehealth expansion.
