At Family Care of Fairview, located in Asheville, North Carolina, we offer compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to people in the Reynolds community. Bradley, MD, founded the practice in 2001 with the mission of providing efficient, cost-effective, and considerate care to all patients. Our practice offers a wide-variety of services, ranging from acute needs to management of chronic conditions. All of our providers help you preserve your health with regular check-ups and comforts and supports your family’s total wellness. Family Care of Fairview empowers you to take control of your health. Our providers and staff partner with you to add quality years to your life by preventing and managing illness, if it arises. You’ll be supported in staying healthy, and looking your best, with primary care services and some cosmetic service support. Family Care of Fairview knows that choosing a doctor is no small task. Our providers take the time to get to know you, your health needs, and your health concerns in an effort to give you a wide range of support. Our health services include, but are not limited to:
Wellness exams for children and adults

Blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar screening

Diet and exercise counseling
General health maintenance and yearly physicals

We are excited to announce the addition of Anne Parker, FNP to the Family Care of Fairview care team! She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and awesomeness that everyone can benefit from. Learn more about her in her bio below...

Anne was born in Georgia. After roaming the South with her family, her father changed stations with his job at the VA and she landed here in Asheville for high school and college. She made a career change into nursing in the late 80’s, and earned her Master’s in Nursing at UT Knoxville in December 1992. She has worked as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since then starting at the Buncombe County Health Department in 1993, and has had experience in public health, allergy and asthma, clinical trials and family practice. She was a secretary for a Domestic Violence Task Force for many years and now volunteers for a local food bank in Asheville. She enjoys being with family, doing Qigong with friends, making windchimes with her husband, and putting together jigsaw puzzles.

She most recently worked at Family Care Home in Black Mountain and Old Fort until it closed 10/31/2025. She has been welcomed at Family Care of Fairview and the patients seen in Black Mountain and Old Fort are welcomed to continue care with her. She is accepting new patients and is a DOT certified medical examiner.

Welcoming... Devlin Cole, MD to the team!!

Dr. Devlin Cole is a Board Certified General Preventive Medicine and Public Health doctor. She earned a BA in Neuroscience from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME. She attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH where she won the Neurology award from The Cleveland Clinic. She completed an internship in Pediatrics at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, received a Masters of Public Health at the University of California San Diego, and completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She worked closely with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services during the first years of the pandemic, and she was recognised by Governor Tony Evers for her contributions. In her free time, she sings in a choir and takes her Wheaten Terrier on walks.
