Raise your hand if your brain currently has 47 tabs open.
You know the ones:
• replaying a conversation from three days ago
• planning dinner
• wondering if that email sounded weird
• checking the news
• mentally drafting a text you haven’t sent yet
• and somehow also playing a random song from 2007
At some point you just have to look at your own brain and say:
wow. you are doing the absolute most.
Yoga’s solution to this situation is surprisingly simple:
get out of your head
and back into your body.
Sound. Breath. Movement. Touch. Music.
The kinds of things that remind your nervous system that life is happening here, not in the chaotic group chat inside your skull.

Energy work isn’t about becoming magical.
It’s about being honest.
Honest about how tired you are.
Honest about what you’re carrying.
Honest about the fact that “I’m fine” isn’t always the whole story.
We love the aesthetic of energy — the candles, the crystals, the moonlight glow. ✨
But the real practice? It’s quieter than that.
It’s noticing your jaw is clenched.
It’s admitting you’re overstimulated.
It’s letting yourself lie down before you hit empty.
Energy work doesn’t make you mystical.
It makes you aware.
And awareness is where everything shifts.
Because when you’re honest about what’s happening in your body…
you can actually tend to it.

You can stop pretending you’re not exhausted.

Re-Wilding School begins this Sunday 🌿
Some seasons of practice aren’t about doing more.
They’re about listening more closely.
Listening to the body.
To instinct.
To the quiet inner voice that often gets drowned out by busyness, opinions, and the constant pull to keep pushing forward.

Re-Wilding School: Instinct Remembering is a 5-week container for exactly that kind of listening.
Each week we’ll gather in a small group to slow down and reconnect with the deeper wisdom that already lives within you. Through movement, breath, meditation, journaling, and honest conversation, we’ll explore what it means to trust your own internal compass again.

This isn’t a drop-in experience.
It’s a class series, designed to unfold over time — giving you space to settle in, build connection, and allow the work to deepen week by week.
