I’m always looking for a way to help with Sheba’s digestion. Turns out she LOVES nutritional yeast by All Good. It tastes very cheesy. I’ve been giving it to her straight and on top of wet food. It’s high in B vitamins too which I love. Highly suggest trying it to entice your cat (or other animal) to eat healthier wet food or just to help with their overall wellbeing!

Cats get most of their water from food so it is VERY important to give them wet food or dry food soaked in good, quality water.

Good, quality water is water that is full of electrolytes and natural minerals. Basically water that you would find from a Spring. Spring water is easily absorbed into the cells and is able to transport toxins across the cell wall because of its nature-purified structure. City water, on the other hand, has poor cellular structure, contains nano plastics, chloride and fluoride and other compounds often which imbalances the thyroid, pineal gland, kidneys, liver and other structures of the body. So avoiding city water will go a looonnnggg way in ensuring the long term well being of your cat.

Water placement is also key in ensuring cats get enough water. Place water by the door, where they eat, and common hang out/sleep areas. The more water access the better! To make water more enticing, place the water in a wide bowl so they can watch their environment while they drink easily or in a tall clear glass.

I always get bad poison ivy every year that ends up spreading EVERYWHERE. This year I put emu oil on my poison ivy and it didn't spread, stopped itching and went away very fast. Emu oil penetrates deeper into the skin and is chock full of Omega 3, 6 and 9 as well as Vitamin E. It is also a natural bug repellent. I highly suggest trying it :)
