Cats get most of their water from food so it is VERY important to give them wet food or dry food soaked in good, quality water.

Good, quality water is water that is full of electrolytes and natural minerals. Basically water that you would find from a Spring. Spring water is easily absorbed into the cells and is able to transport toxins across the cell wall because of its nature-purified structure. City water, on the other hand, has poor cellular structure, contains nano plastics, chloride and fluoride and other compounds often which imbalances the thyroid, pineal gland, kidneys, liver and other structures of the body. So avoiding city water will go a looonnnggg way in ensuring the long term well being of your cat.

Water placement is also key in ensuring cats get enough water. Place water by the door, where they eat, and common hang out/sleep areas. The more water access the better! To make water more enticing, place the water in a wide bowl so they can watch their environment while they drink easily or in a tall clear glass.

I always get bad poison ivy every year that ends up spreading EVERYWHERE. This year I put emu oil on my poison ivy and it didn't spread, stopped itching and went away very fast. Emu oil penetrates deeper into the skin and is chock full of Omega 3, 6 and 9 as well as Vitamin E. It is also a natural bug repellent. I highly suggest trying it :)

Electrical boxes and lines can have a very negative impact on the energy of a building. Luckily it's pretty easy to balance both the lines and the box with numbers. The number 5 or 8 resets the imbalance while the number 16 stabilizes the imbalance. 16 is a BG3 number, meaning it emits 3 powerful vibrations (higher harmonic UV, higher harmonic gold, and negative horizontal green). Placed together on the most imbalancing spot of the electrical box, these 2 numbers will reset all of the emissions and lines from the box. To find this spot, you can muscle test for the location or use a BG3 pendulum.

I love this exercise. When something is really bothering me and I can't get my mind off of whatever it is, I just let myself imagine that that thing could never be possible because it could never happen. For example, when I worry about money, I imagine that not having money isn't even possible. I imagine what it feels like to live in a reality where everyone has money in such abundance that not having money isn't even a possibility. Then I let my whole body feel this relief. After this happens, I always feel a sense of clarity and a truth ALWAYS pops into my body that helps me with the issue at hand.

I've been studying Biogeometry ("a new field of science that uses specially designed language of shapes, color, sound, motion and wave configuration, to induce harmony into biological subtle energy systems") and I found this finding fascinating! I love that there is a constant measurable scale of these 3 vibrations at each sacred site and in powerful ley lines. It helps ground the spiritual/sacred into physical conceptualization.

This exercise can be VERY clarifying when it comes to relationships. When you know how the totality of your relationship programming feels in your body, you can know what a normal relationship feels like to you. If it is a good feeling, great! If not, then you know where relationships might not feel so great when you are in your body fully. These areas will be areas you will want more love, trust, and support to come in to. Likewise, when you know what your partner's relationship programming feels like and then compare it your relationship programming, you can really feel why you both are jiving, or maybe not jiving so well. For instance, if your relationship programming feels light and happy, whereas your partner's relationship programming feels low and tight, you will get the clear information that each one of you has a baseline feeling in relationship that is quite different. It's great baseline information to work from that gets out of the story and into the physical embodiment of each person :)
