Feeling stiff from sitting all day? Try these quick moves:
✅ Gently tilt your head side to side, hold for 10 seconds on each side 🧘♂️
✅ Roll shoulders forward and backward 10 times each 🔄
✅ Extend arm, pull fingers back gently, switch hands ✋
✅ Lift feet slightly off the floor and circle 10 times in each direction 👣
