BOOKINGS CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE—
I’m so grateful to say my family and home are safe, though my heart is breaking over so much devastation within our little community. Until both power and water are restored, I’ll be unable to offer massage services. My cell phone and internet receptions are extremely spotty, so please disregard any booking notifications that may still be going out and know that ALL scheduled sessions are cancelled for the time being, unless I reach out to you directly via my personal email or phone to tell you otherwise.

In case you don’t get my email updates, transition seems to be the name of the game this year. After a number of challenges and shifts, I made the choice to let go of the suite on Charlotte Street that I’ve lovingly been inhabiting for the last 1.5 years, and have landed softly into a sweet new massage space, a few minutes away on Orange Street. This new space is cozy, quiet and grounding, and I have a feeling it will hold a beautiful sense of space for many nurturing massages to come!

My hours have shifted a bit too, with earlier morning availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, and later evening availability on Mondays as well. Booking online is the easiest way to get on my schedule, but if you are hoping to get in sooner than my schedule allows, you can always reach out directly to get on my waitlist! I will also post last minute openings here, in my stories.

If you’ve noticed the art on the walls of my office, you might know that I’m also an artist. Painting is a huge part of my life, as is appreciating art in general. I also love bringing my community together, so it may be no surprise that I am thrilled to be spearheading this event celebrating some phenomenal artists!

My husband and I cofounded Refraction Art Market in 2019 and I’m so excited to be bringing it back again, this Sunday the 10th. The vibrant buzz of summer always has me feeling like I’ve gotta go go go — longer days, vacations, gatherings with friends, events around town, everything is suddenly happening all at once. And while I love taking it all in, I definitely feel the toll it takes on my nervous system. I made a point to receive some bodywork recently and couldn’t believe how deeply grounded I felt afterwards — the gift of slowing down, being present, and truly sinking into my body felt so truly nourishing. It reminded me of how important this work is, and how special it is to be able to provide that for my clients!

I hope your summer is filled to the brim with everything that makes you feel alive, and I hope you can remember to give yourself break to catch your breath and be with yourself and your body, too. This space has been a dream to work in, and I’m looking for the right subtenant to share it with. This two room suite has one room fully furnished for bodywork, a separate office space that is perfect for creative or office work, and an attached private bathroom. It’s located in the Homegrown Families building amongst a great community of wellness professionals. On site parking, kitchen, and communal waiting area are just some of the perks.

Motherhood. These last 11 months since my son was born have shown me incredible heights, and equally epic challenges. Parenthood is tough, y’all, and I understand now more than ever just how much parents deserve to be treasured on their special days. Here’s your reminder that Mother’s Day is only a week out, and if there is a Mother you love in your life, make sure you show her how much you appreciate her and all she does. I promise, that recognition will mean the world to her.
