Aston Park is celebrating National Nursing Home Week’s Theme “Moments in Bloom”. Today was Lavender Day! The day started with bagels, muffins and fruit, complements of Hospice of the Foothills and Haywood Hospice. We added coffee with different flavors of creamer to include Lavender Creamer consistent with the theme for today, and lavender care bags. The building was calm today.

Aston Park had a wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day with our residents, their families, and friends! We enjoyed lots of delicious food, great fellowship, and a special time visiting together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so meaningful as we honored the amazing mothers and mother figures in our community. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Aston Park!

🏇🌹The race was on at our 2nd annual Aston Park Derby today! Residents bid on their favorite horse while sipping our mint julep inspired punch! We had 2 lucky winners that took home the grand prize thanks to their winning horse, Baby Powder! Such a fun day, we can’t wait until next year!

Happy 90th Birthday to the amazing Barbara Maklansky! 🎉 We had such a wonderful time celebrating this special milestone at Aston Park. A heartfelt thank you to Barbara's wonderful daughter, Suzanne, for treating all the Aston Park teammates to a delicious lunch—it truly brought everyone together in the best way. The highlight of the event was definitely the gigantic carrot cake, which Barbara absolutely loved, as did everyone! Here’s to many more joyful moments and cherished memories. 🥳🎂💐
