Neutrality isn’t about feeling less—it’s about feeling more. When we release judgment, we allow emotions to flow freely, whether it's excitement, love, or even pain. Instead of pushing feelings away, neutrality lets us experience them fully and transform them.

Today at the gym, I reflected on how neutrality enhances passion, not dulls it. When we stay present and open, life moves through us with greater clarity and joy. Try playing with neutrality today—observe, allow, and feel the shift. 💫

Today, I’m on an Uber Mom mission—but this time, it’s for me. No kids in the car, just the little versions of me inside that are crying for attention.

The past few days have been rough. I spiraled into shame, my mind wasn’t being kind, and I found myself stuck in avoidance—mindlessly scrolling instead of actually nurturing myself. Sound familiar?

So today, I’m choosing to show up for me. I booked an acupuncture session (shoutout to Chad Johnson in Asheville 🙌) because my body and mind needed it. Sometimes, self-care means making tough choices, but today, I’m reminding myself: I am worth it.
