The importance of exercise is often overlooked as a foundation of a healthy lifestyle, but even a small amount offers wonderful benefits.

Body movement, especially in combination with deep breathing, moves our vital energy. This helps us cleanse and revitalize all our organs and body systems, process and clear undesired emotions and helps us to better listen and be in touch with our bodies needs. Regular exercise even helps us to desire and be satisfied with healthier choices.

I love doing a couple quick stretches barefoot outside, then working in the garden for a bit. I find this clears my mind, lifts my spirits and increases my energy.
