Because we are providing a mobile service, we require that you have at least 5 people in your party that will be receiving this service. If you have less than 5 people and want to see if an exception can be made, please call or email us. Parties of 10 or more will require 2 providers to be present so please notify us of large parties.

Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a link to your patient portal in order to collect patient information and release forms so you don't have to worry about this during your party!

Safety is our number one priority at CosMedic MedSpa. We reserve the right to decline treating any patient if we deem it would be unsafe for the patient or for our staff.

Want to host a botox party in the comfort of your home/hotel/airbnb? We come to you for parties of 5 or more! Only available for clients 18 years old and older. Not available for pregnant clients.

We use Xeomin as our toxin for injections. Why Xeomin? Xeomin is a double-filtered formula that removes unnecessary, heavy proteins. That means you get a more pure product and only what's needed treatment after treatment.

$12 per unit

Are you hosting the party? You get a 10% discount off our services!

Typical results: Xeomin typically shows results within 3 to 4 days and can last on average of 4 months (but depending on the individual person, can have results for 3-6 months). You should not schedule injections sooner than 3 months apart or you risk developing antibiodies to the toxin.

With any new medication, there is a risk of hypersensitivity reaction. The most common side effect of Xeomin is headache (5.4% of patients report this side effect).

You should plan on not lying down, touching your face, or working out for 4 hours after treatment or you risk migration of the toxin and this can ruin your results.
