Y’all, I know I’m pretty quiet on here. It’s pretty much because I have a happy 4 1/2 year old and I have no time to spare! But holy biscuits, I have been studying cranial osteopathy since 2018 and I have finally made it to the end of the first tract of courses. And I am absolutely blown away. 🧠 The DURA around the brain protects it and suspends it in fluid to keep all of those nerve impulses firing. The brain is the boss. It cares about it’s own self. If it has to tweak your hips and your back and your knees and your feet to keep your brain aligned properly and suspended in fluid, it will do whatever it takes down the chain of the body to make sure that the brain is functioning. 🧠 💪🏼 Doesn’t that just makes sense? I’m finding the coolest things with my hands: tensions on the left side of the brain, creating sciatic nerve tension, all the way down to the toes and straight leg raise tests for slipper disc changing by 60° in one session by working only on the head, never even touching the lumbar spine or the leg or the hamstring or any of the common places PT school taught me to treat. 🌈 My own mind is blown. 🤯Traditional PT paradigms shifted. ✋🏻 Trusting my hands. 👩🏼‍🎓 Excited to share this M.A.G.I.C. with your bodies 💕

Well, I got to spend the last two days at a cadaver lab! Watching the removal of the G.I. tract to support my ongoing understanding, knowledge, and visualization skills of the internal abdominal organs – but I have found to be such a profound driver in musculoskeletal pain. I am forever and awe of the body! And, boy, is it stinky.😬🙊
