VIRTUAL ZOOM CLASS TONIGHT! ✨Yogi contortion is a gradual, methodical, and intentional practice for safely and effectively increasing flexibility using the tools of yoga, gymnastics, circus, and Ayurveda. Prerequisite, bridge pose (gymnastics term) / wheel pose (yoga term).
Wolfpack Wednesdays are our time to focus in on strength training specifically designed for deepening flexibility. We choose a different bendy skill each week, cultivating heat, empowerment, stability, stretch, enjoyment, and fun, to reach our goals. Class runs for approximately 66 minutes Wednesdays 7:30pm CST, 8:30pm EST. If you miss class, don’t worry, you can purchase the playback. See instructions below.

Some suggestions to Optimize your experience:
Use your laptop or tv monitor for max visualization potential.
Stay hydrated.
Plan to do some light stretching the day after class and maybe the next day for body maintenance.
Set aside some time every other day to practice what you’ve learned and post progress pics in this group.
Remember to eat light and eat early so that you have plenty of time to empty back out for bendy practice.
You might want to have these tools or something similar; yoga block, strap, yoga mat.
