We just visited a non profit in town: The Closetorium. Like us, they have a monthly membership. You can pull up to 10 items each month as a member. Every new member can save roughly 81 lbs of waste from entering the landfill each year helping mother earth. Check them out!

Quick update on the name change: RiverRock to Well Woven.

Nothing about the care is changing — same doctor, same clinic, same mission.

The name Well Woven better reflects what we do: weaving complex medical conditions together, weaving evidence-based primary care with holistic care and being a space that helps people thread a path in an ever-changing/somewhat unsure world.

We’re still waiting on final approval from the North Carolina Secretary of State (paperwork takes its time 😉), so you may see both names during the transition.

Again — only the name is changing. Just the old name RiverRock is retiring… not us 😉

Big news: We’re in the process of renaming RiverRock Clinic to Well Woven.

After the hurricane quite literally brought rivers and rocks into our space, the name began to feel like a chapter we’ve overcome. Well Woven reflects the complexity of each person’s health—and how we work together to thoughtfully weave care that fits you, combining evidence-based and root-cause medicine. It also speaks to this moment we’re all living in—rapid change, new technologies, and a lot of uncertainty—and the need for care that helps you stay grounded and supported through it.

Nothing about our care is changing: still direct, personalized, and relationship-centered.

The official name change is underway (and takes a bit of time in North Carolina), so over the next month or two you’ll see both names as we transition. More to come soon.
