Moving From Treatment to Recovery: ❤️‍🩹

Leaving treatment is a powerful milestone—but it’s not the finish line. It’s the beginning of a new chapter.

Transitioning from treatment into everyday life can feel exciting, overwhelming, and everything in between.
The structure may change, but your recovery doesn’t have to.

With the right tools and support, this next phase can be where everything starts to come together.

Here are 3 helpful tips for moving from treatment to lasting recovery:

✨ 1. Stay Connected
Recovery thrives in community. Whether it’s alumni programs, support groups, or staying in
touch with peers from treatment—don’t isolate. Connection is key.

🧠 2. Keep a Routine
Structure creates stability. Build a daily routine that includes meetings, self-care, movement,
and time for reflection. Consistency helps protect your progress.

📞 3. Ask for Support Early
If something feels off, don’t wait. Reach out to a sponsor, therapist, or trusted support system.

You don’t have to navigate challenges alone.

Recovery isn’t about being perfect—it’s about staying committed.
One day at a time, with the
right support, growth is always possible.

It’s Mantra Monday!

Today we’re learning about a Mantra, a repeated phrase that we hold with intention, and a Mudra, a Hindu hand movement that correlates to different parts of the body.

This rebirth mantra,The Sa.Ta.Na.Ma. Mantra translates from Sanskrit to English as birth. Life. Death. Rebirth.

So today I invite you to practice this Mudra with this Mantra in order to calm and reset your nervous system.

Reminding us that like Easter, and the coming of spring, we have the ability to reset, renew, and rewire our systems as needed for our recovery as often as we want.

The rebirth, the renew, the reset are resting at your fingertips.

Drop a comment and alike if you enjoyed this video or if it resonated with you and give us a follow here at

Easter can be a beautiful time of connection, but for many, it can also bring up triggers, pressure, and emotional stress. 🌿💛

This year, we’re choosing something different: connection with intention.

Our Support Tips are here to help both individuals in recovery and the people who love them navigate the holiday with more ease, understanding, and compassion.
Inside this post, you’ll find:

✨ Support tips for family & friends

✨ Gentle reminders that it’s okay to do things differently

Whether it’s setting boundaries, skipping the traditional brunch, or simply taking a moment to breathe, your recovery and your peace come first.

Holidays don’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. They just need to be real.

Let’s lead with patience.

Let’s choose compassion.

Let’s support each other every step of the way. 🤝

Spring teaches us that change isn’t instant — it’s intentional.
Plant the seed by admitting you need support.
Take root by seeking guidance and committing to treatment.
Bloom by doing the work and watching your life come back to color.

Oasis Recovery was created out of a vision of hope,

Oasis Recovery was created out of a vision of hope, and a desire to provide a safe and compassionate space for addicts and alcoholics to recover. It was inspired from personal experience with the damage and destruction of addiction, and the evolution of healing that came out of that experience.

The idea, of this safe haven, evolved into a full program based on mindfulness and individualized treatment, along with a full spectrum of other beneficial components. As this idea and vision grew, so did the connections with skilled, leading edge collaborators who believed in this vision of a new heart-centered integrated model of treatment.

With a group of experienced contributors, dedicated to the community that has emerged out of Oasis’s program of recovery, the vision has become a real manifested oasis of heartfelt connection, inspired healing, and successful recovery.
