Just wrapped up an insightful discussion on ethical coaching at the YATA Conference! It's clear there are more questions than answers in this evolving field, but our collaborative approach to therapy vs. coaching really resonated. We were heartened to know that many of our colleagues share our commitment to clean lines between coaching and therapy: coaching for 'in the moment' actions, and therapy for deeper 'why' exploration. Great to see ethics is a top priority for many providers as well! We're committed to setting a high bar for excellence, accountability, and integrity as the coaching profession grows! 👏👏👏
