2 bears stroll through the yard. Baby wants to stop for iced tea (hot day) but mom keeps exploring. Beautiful to watch their balance and moves.

Weekly Posture class at my Bluebird Studios. Beloved students get a lot of attention in this semi-private series. Working on the Nervous System, Neck and Shoulders. Notice we all have our ears over our torso! (I'm currently seeing the neck as a circuit board between our brain and body.)
Our normal "Collective Effervescence" was kicked up a notch with colorful clothing.
BTW, I'm still loving my studies with Kristine Weber, my mentor for 13 years. Her Subtle Yoga Resilience Society (19 months so far) is brilliant, and focusing on Neck, Shoulders and Nervous System this month.
