We’re often taught that loving ourselves is conceited or wrong. But the truth? Self-appreciation isn’t arrogance — it’s actually a vital part of healing. ✨
Unfortunately, I do love the most basic (and often unhealthy—👀 scrolling in bed) things— and honestly I love that about me.
I believe it’s important to accept myself. When I name the things I genuinely like about myself, it gives my clients permission to start noticing their own strengths too. Because learning to appreciate yourself isn’t about ego — it’s about acceptance and self love.
💡 Self-compassion and self-appreciation are skills. They feel uncomfortable at first, but with practice (and support), they get easier. And they can completely transform how you see yourself.
