TLDR version: I made some big shifts in my life and now opening up spots for 3 new private clients sharing what I’ve learned.
Longer version… Picture my last 4 months: got fired on my birthday, got sick twice (RSV and Covid!), moved houses, restarted my business, drove across the country, battled with moderate anxiety/overwhelm/anger + a lot of other difficult to navigate feelings, oh and was raising an 18 month old without screens 😅 also still nursing & co-sleeping so extremely sleep-deprived….
Movement & self-care went really far on the back burner✌️
I felt like s**t, to say the least, most of the time.
This was unsustainable for me and not how I wanted to live my life so I made a conscious choice to change.
I’ll tell you what it DIDN’T look like: I need to lose 10 lbs to be happy, I need to stop eating pasta to be fit, I need to journal/meditate/essential oil/cold plunge/etc etc etc to feel full, I need XYZ before I can feel ABC.
What it DID look like was smaller shifts in my life & consciousness to create expansive change. A little of this, a little of that, less of this, more of that. I took the time to find a formula that works for me and my family… and now I’m seeing real results. Best part is it has rippled across my family and we’re all feeling great these days.
Less anxiety, more excitement, less pasta, more movement, less force, more flow, less anger, more peace.
