TLDR version: I made some big shifts in my life and now opening up spots for 3 new private clients sharing what I’ve learned.

Longer version… Picture my last 4 months: got fired on my birthday, got sick twice (RSV and Covid!), moved houses, restarted my business, drove across the country, battled with moderate anxiety/overwhelm/anger + a lot of other difficult to navigate feelings, oh and was raising an 18 month old without screens 😅 also still nursing & co-sleeping so extremely sleep-deprived….
Movement & self-care went really far on the back burner✌️

I felt like s**t, to say the least, most of the time.

This was unsustainable for me and not how I wanted to live my life so I made a conscious choice to change.

I’ll tell you what it DIDN’T look like: I need to lose 10 lbs to be happy, I need to stop eating pasta to be fit, I need to journal/meditate/essential oil/cold plunge/etc etc etc to feel full, I need XYZ before I can feel ABC.

What it DID look like was smaller shifts in my life & consciousness to create expansive change. A little of this, a little of that, less of this, more of that. I took the time to find a formula that works for me and my family… and now I’m seeing real results. Best part is it has rippled across my family and we’re all feeling great these days.

Less anxiety, more excitement, less pasta, more movement, less force, more flow, less anger, more peace.

I’m opening up some space in August to take on new clients. My sessions are customized to what you need: maybe more movement, more spaciousness, more peace, less pasta… whatever it is, I’m here for you. Let me help you feel your best 🤍✨🤙🏽 no matter what your circumstances are❣️

Got lower back pain? Try out bridge pose to add a little strength into the body. Setu Bandha Varganasana, or bridge pose, can be held static (e.g., not moving) or it can be dynamic (e.g., moving up and down).

✨Lie down on your back
✨Bend your knees, stacking your ankles below your knees, and feet on the ground
✨Place your hands by your hips
✨As you push down into your heels, slowly lift your hips, back, and chest
✨Lengthen your tailbone down towards your heels to help maintain core engagement
✨Isometrically (this means your muscle is being held at a fixed length) push your heels down as you energetically drag them back towards your glutes and gently pushing your knees forward
✨Slowly, move the hips up and down for 15 reps or hold for :60 seconds while maintaining quality, deep breaths.
✨Repeat the set 3 times

What does your look like?

Grab a and get creative!

Over the summer, we lived on a farm in and had to get super creative with equipment because we only had one set of and 🤷🏻‍♀️ yes, those are bricks you see 😅

And remember, your workout definitely doesn’t have to be 60 minutes! Moving your body for 5-10 minutes is better than nothing at all. Go for a walk or turn on some jams and dance your b***y off!

Let us know if you need help getting creative! We’ll give you some ideas for equipment you may have around the house.

Bringing your head below your heart has many benefits:

*helps circulate blood flow to your heart
*cooling to the body
*helps with proprioception by bringing your awareness to a new perception
*uplifts your mood

Other ways, besides handstand, to get upside down:

*legs up the wall pose
*wide leg forward fold
*rag doll
*downdog
*headstand
*inversion table
