4:30pm Gentle Qi Gong & Body Dialogue
nourishing guided practice

When the brain and the body are filled with fear and grief, we need a practice to bring us back to our center so that we can re-member that in this moment we are safe. This practice will offer gentle movements to restore the breath and open the heart.

Free, drop ins welcome, donations accepted but not required.

WNC Regional Livestock Center is trying to get the word out that they have tons of supplies that have been donated and stalls for horses and livestock. Please let folks know that they can get donated hay, grain, etc. And if they text, the livestock center will figure out a way to get supplies out to people who are cut off and help get animals evacuated.
