We have office locations in Asheville, Hendersonville, and Boone, NC, and also service all of North Carolina virtually. Our specialties include providing counseling and medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for the following populations and conditions:

Braedyn brings a compassionate, empathetic approach to nutrition counseling, centered on holding space and truly listening. Passionate about 1:1 work and collective liberation, they support folks in exploring their relationship with food and well-being. When not in session, you’ll find them with a coffee, a good book, and their hound dog, Frankie 🐾

Sarah brings a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to nutrition counseling, meeting clients with compassion, empathy, and zero judgment. She’s all about creating a safe space where clients feel heard, unrushed, and supported—meeting you exactly where you are. When she’s not working, you’ll find her cooking and baking with her son, reading fantasy novels, gaming, crocheting, and spending time with her partner and friends. We’re so excited to have her!

The important thing to remember is that your body and weight is your business only. Find grounding techniques that work well for you, confide is a safe person, and take some deep breaths.
