You are more than a number.

A scale can’t measure your kindness, your resilience, your growth, your laughter, or the way you show up for the people you love. It doesn’t reflect your strength, your healing, or your worth.

Your happiness.
Your confidence.
Your peace with food and your body.

Those things matter so much more than any number ever could.

Be gentle with yourself today 💜

Community Spotlight: Celebrating 8 years of inclusive, empowering movement 🎉

Huge congratulations to on their 8th anniversary! For nearly a decade, they’ve built a space that truly supports all bodies and all movement types — centering strength, accessibility, and community over appearance.

Their philosophy aligns so closely with the non-diet work we believe in: movement as care, not punishment. Strength without shrinking. Support without stigma.

We’re so grateful for spaces like this that are helping redefine what wellness can look and feel like. Here’s to many more years of body-affirming movement and community. 💛

It was so great to celebrate with you yesterday! ✨

‘No one’s going to tell me what I can and can’t eat.’ — Alysa Liu

That’s not just a sentence.
That’s recovery.

Recovery is defiance.
Recovery is autonomy.
Recovery is strength.

This month, we honor every person choosing to fight back. 💜

Every BODY belongs.

Eating disorders don’t have a look, and struggling isn’t something you can always see. Bodies of all sizes, identities, and backgrounds deserve care, respect, and access to support.

This Eating Disorder Awareness Week, we’re reminding everyone: you don’t have to change your body to be worthy of help. You already belong. 💙

Your body is your life partner—not your life’s project.

In a world obsessed with anti-aging and diet culture, Deb Benfield challenges the idea that thinner and younger is always better. Unapologetic Aging invites you to let go of rigid food and body rules, stop fighting your changing body, and rediscover trust, vitality, and joy.

Midlife isn’t a crisis to manage—it’s a powerful unfolding. 💛
