Finally getting to the kind of service that allows a post. Thank you to everyone reached out and thought of us! We were lucky enough to be in Inman, SC when everything hit so we only lost power until we got home Sunday. When we were able to get back we quickly found our families to ensure their safety. Since then we still have no power, water or internet but thanks to our amazing community we have been stocked with essentials.
A few special thanks I need to get out. We have a water source for showers and hot meals thanks to the amazing Brandon Wellmon and Braden Harvey! Brian Delaney for sending gas so we could get out and help others. Symmetry Financial Group for being the most compassionate and supportive company through these times. There really are no words to express what a relief it was our work fam was there and keeping us updated and keeping track of everyone’s safety. Adrienne Walters Harrington for driving from Wilmington for supplies to distribute to our villages! Mike Rummage for finding us a way to our families. Kellen for checking on the fur baby. To everyone that has been checking in sending love. I’m missing so many people but words can’t express the amount of gratitude we feel.
Publixfor stepping up and keeping food and supplies stocked to provide for our community. Every food truck we have driven by, Nine Mile Biscuit Head Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack Dominoes Pizza Acropolis Pizza Twisted Laurel Downtown Asheville Apollo Flame Bistro BeLoved Asheville that are providing free meals, water, connection and hope. Times like this reminds me what makes Asheville so special.
