When was the last time you truly slowed down? 🌿
Join us for a free guided Nature and Forest Therapy Walk with Nancy Krisel, LCSW, SEP — a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who has called Asheville home for over 20 years.
This isn't a hike. It's an invitation to unplug, engage your senses, and experience the landscape in a completely new way.
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku ("forest bathing"), Forest Therapy has been shown to reduce stress and support immune health. Nancy weaves in elements of mindfulness, ecotherapy, and somatic awareness for a truly grounding experience.
