One of my go-to summer salads? 👇

🇮🇹 Antipasto Salad
Savory. Zesty. Satisfying.
✨ Toss together:
• Romaine or mixed greens 🥬
• Cherry tomatoes 🍅
• Artichoke hearts
• Roasted red peppers
• Olives 🫒
• Salami + provolone (or your favorite Italian meats & cheese)
• Red onion
• Italian vinaigrette 🍋
