✨ Healthy Holiday Travel Tips ✨
’Tis the season for long drives, airports, family gatherings… and staying on track without stressing. Here are a few ways to support your energy, digestion, and blood sugar while actually enjoying the trip:

✈️ 1. Pack a “travel trio.”
Protein (beef sticks, Greek yogurt, cheese sticks), fiber (fruit, veggies, nuts), and hydration (electrolytes + water). This combo keeps your blood sugar stable and reduces cravings later.

🚙 2. Don’t skip meals.
Travel days throw off your rhythm, which can lead to overeating when you finally arrive. Aim for protein every 3–4 hours.

💧 3. Hydrate more than you think.
Holiday travel = dry air + salty snacks + stress. Add electrolytes if you’re flying or at altitude.

🚶‍♀️ 4. Move every 90 minutes.
Walk the terminal, stretch at a rest stop, or do a 2-minute mobility routine. It helps circulation and keeps inflammation down.

😴 5. Protect your sleep.
Eye mask, earplugs, magnesium, and keeping a semi-consistent bedtime go a long way for mood and appetite.
