When vacation mode is ON ✈️🌴… but so is feeling GOOD in your body.

Here’s the truth: you don’t need to “start over” after vacation—you just need a better approach during it.

My simple vacation eating rules 👇

☀️ Pick your priorities
Not every meal needs to be indulgent. Choose what’s worth it (hello fresh pasta in Italy or key lime pie on the beach) and skip the “meh” extras.

🥗 Anchor your meals
Start with protein + fiber (eggs, grilled fish, chicken, veggies). This keeps blood sugar stable and cravings way down.

🍹 Be intentional with drinks
Alcohol adds up fast. Alternate with water, or pick 1–2 drinks you actually enjoy instead of mindless sipping.

🚶‍♀️ Keep it moving (lightly)
Walk the beach, explore, stay active—but don’t turn it into a punishment workout.

🍽️ Eat like you care about yourself
Slow down. Sit. Enjoy it. No guilt allowed.

✨ Balance isn’t ruining your vacation—it’s what lets you actually FEEL GOOD while you’re there.
