Well, the time has come. Though the house where I began practicing over 22 years ago has sold, the business has a new location at 832 Washington Street Street in Bath. I will be offering high quality massage through September, along with Rita Crane and Kim Johnson, who have been working with me since 2007 and who are and will be, taking over. Please call for an appointment and we will be sure to get you in.

Looking forward to finally getting some well deserved CEU's this coming weekend at the AMTA's Maine chapter's annual retreat in Sunday River this weekend. The obligatory and always thought provoking Ethics Class and Feldenkrais....looking at movement in the body and how to make it better. Looking forward to sharing this with you, when I know more. Always learning, even after 21 years!

Thinking today about pain in the body and how it is the only way that our bodies have to communicate something is needed. It is our job, as the inhabitants, to figure out what that is. Massage can help in the discovery.
