Have you ever noticed how you get “sick” right after a big event or stressful time finally ends?

Maybe you’ve held it all together during exams, a move, a project, or while caring for someone — and the moment you can finally relax, your body lets go.

Coming from the holistic health world, I assumed it was due to the stress. Not so. Our bodies are way more complex.

When you know GNM/GHK, you learn that symptoms after a stressful event (which doesn't happen after every stressful event, right?) is because with some *stressful events*, you experienced a Biological Conflict Shock.

Afterwards, your body moving into the healing phase after being in the conflict active phase.

Those sniffles, fevers, or fatigue aren’t mistakes — they’re signs your body is completing a program that helped you cope.

It’s brilliant, really. 💛

For most of my life, I thought healing meant fighting something — a symptom, a diagnosis, my own body.

But through GNM/GHK, I realized that I was never in a battle… I was being invited into a conversation.

In our last Applied GHK Class, we talked about the eye — and it was so fascinating! 👁️

The choroid, iris, and ciliary body — together known as the uvea — actually come from the intestinal mucosa, the original gullet!

That means these parts of our eyes are connected to morsel conflicts — something we want to see or don’t want to see.

Their biological function is to absorb or digest the visual morsel — and it’s all directed from the brainstem, one of the oldest parts of our brain.

It’s truly amazing how every part of our body has meaning and purpose when you understand it through GNM/GHK. 💫

Many people are replacing pharmaceuticals with supplements, thinking it’s a safer way to “fix” the body. But in GNM/GHK, we know healing doesn’t come from a pill — whether it’s synthetic or “natural.” 💊✨

I recorded a new podcast/video where I review why physicians are saying "no" to supplements and why I'm actually agreeing with them.

Why do I agree? True healing happens when we understand why the body created those symptoms in the first place — the biological conflict behind them — and we then learn how to navigate and allow the body to complete its healing phase.

Supplements may ease symptoms temporarily, but they don’t resolve the root cause. Once we see the wisdom of the body through the GHK lens, we realize we were never broken to begin with. 🌿
