Over the years, many of you have come to know me as Andi Locke Mears. But starting now, I’ll be using my full professional title: Andi Locke, ND, MA of Bio HealthWorks Institute.

This small change reflects the growth and depth of the work I’m doing—especially as Germanische Heilkunde (GHK) continues to expand and reach more people.

It’s still me—same passion, same mission, same heart. Just stepping more fully into this next chapter.

I recently joined John Bush on the "Live Free Now" show, and we delved into one of the biggest misunderstandings about GNM/GHK. 🌿

Most people think disease comes from “emotional trauma”—but that’s not what’s really happening. Today, we Americans honor Labor Day—a celebration of the work, effort, and resilience that built this country.

It’s also a good reminder that our bodies are always “laboring” on our behalf.

When I first learned GNM/GHK, three lessons completely changed the way I looked at health…
