Cognitive decline rarely happens overnight. The brain is remarkably adaptive, often compensating quietly for years before symptoms become visible.

By understanding what drives these changes, we can move toward informed, proactive strategies that support brain resilience over time.

Watch the full episode to explore how a whole-person approach reframes what is possible for long-term cognitive health.

Wholeness and resilience are shaped not only by what we do, but by what we believe and how we live those beliefs day by day. The Shalom Bible Study for Women offers a space to explore peace, joy, and flourishing through Scripture and thoughtful conversation.

Meeting monthly from January through July 2026 on the fourth Wednesday of each month, this gathering runs from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. EST and is rooted in the Joy Prescription blueprint for intentional, faith-centered living.

Fear often surrounds conversations about memory loss and cognitive decline, but fear rarely leads to clarity.

In this episode of Re-Think Aging, I share why understanding what cognitive decline truly represents opens the door to hope, agency, and meaningful action.

Can cognitive decline be reversed, or is it something we are meant to fear and accept as inevitable?

In this episode of Re-Think Aging, I offer a more hopeful and informed way of understanding cognitive decline, not as a single diagnosis, but as a meaningful signal from the brain and body that something is out of balance.

When we understand what is driving those changes, we begin to see that many of these factors are modifiable.

Watch the full episode to explore how neuroplasticity changes what is possible, and why this conversation is far more important than most people realize.
