💓 Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed a Thanksgiving filled with love and nourishment. I wanted to take a moment to send a heartfelt wave of gratitude your way. Over the past few days, I’ve been reflecting on just how grateful I am for the opportunity to share space with so many of you since 2019. From our early gatherings in the original Carrier Park spaces to countless moments of growth and connection, I feel incredibly fortunate for the memories we've created together — and I can’t wait to continue building more in our upcoming 8th season.

❄️ As we move into the slower months, I hope you find time to cherish whatever warms your heart — and to make space for more of whatever brings you that feeling.

💓 Sunday @ 1:00pm we'll join in this space and move to feel grounded & refreshed! The weather is forecasted to be partly cloudy in the mid-60s, the most gorgeous way to send us off!

✉️ Please keep in-touch as we will have Pop-Up Winter Yoga in the Park classes on Sundays above 50* & sunny!

👉🏽 Please remember to sign-up in advance, hydrate well(bathrooms are closed for the season🙃), and bring a friend that also needs yoga as much as you do(don't we all need it equally?!)

🌱 Let's gather @ 1:00pm this Sunday before our winter blast comes through! We'll have pleasant, warm temps and will move with intentions of letting go of judgement 🙏🏽 Such potential is unearthed when we allow ourselves to be free of labels, negativity & assumptions.

💔 Hey good morning everyone, I never thought I'd be canceling classes before the month of October was up, however to my surprise, we will not be holding any classes this weekend!! Unfortunately, the temperatures are just too chilly for us --- with the lows in the 30s, even by 11am, the temperatures are barely warm enough for comfort! Sunday isn't offering any sunshine, so it's truly not in our favor to hold class at the park!

👉🏽 GOOD NEWS!! With this being said, please join me NEXT SUNDAY, November 2nd, at 1:00pm in West Asheville Park for pre-winter, pre-holiday Yoga in the Park Asheville! We will continue every Sunday at 1:00pm through the 3rd weekend in November!

📧 Stay connected & in-the-know (via Friday emails!) for on-going Pop-Up Winter classes on warmer days(above 50* & sunshine) --- these classes will begin at 1:00pm and happen on Sundays throughout our winter season. During our winter season I won't be sending emails every Friday morning, but I will send them when we have Pop-Up Winter Yoga in the Park classes and for any other updates on class offerings! So please stay connected, and if you're not already, find us on socials as well to keep informed!

💖 Thank you so much for a wonderful 7th season, much gratitude to Brandon, Jacqueline & Rachel for sharing wisdom throughout the year and holding space for us in support of community & the many offerings of the yogi world! Every year we grow and transform in ways that continue to humble and inspire me. Thank you for sharing in this journey and for being such an integral part of this community --- I hope to see you NEXT SUNDAY @ 1:00pm in West Asheville Park for class !!

☀️ What a gorgeous week we've had and I'm so thrilled to have that trend lead into our weekend! Don't let those lower temps keep you from your outdoor practice, it'll be above 50* & sunny by the start of class both days!

💔 We have just 3 weekends left to enjoy Yoga in the Park together, join Ceiara leading both tomorrow & Sunday at West Asheville Park!

🔥 We will move a little quicker in both classes to help create+maintain heat, also incorporating
Kapalabhati breathwork to invigorate our mind+body, naturally creating more warmth!

We had a lovely practice at the park this morning 🥰 It started out magical+misty, then opened up to warm sunshine.

Good morning everyone! This weekend's going to be a beautiful fall experience, the perfect time to gather at the park for some yoga!!!
✨ Join Ceiara Saturday & Rachel on Sunday for two classes of community, connection & self-care. Because our Full Harvest Super Moon is approaching on Monday(peaks 11:49pm), you can expect a slow-flow-n-yin class with Ceiara on Saturday. We will move our bodies in to become connected+collected for the first 45 mins, and then find longer holds with grounding postures for the final 15-20 min.
