🙏🏽 As we all know, this weekend marks the 1 year anniversary since Helene swept through our lovely towns of WNC. We will gather this weekend in reflection of loss and allow grief to surface, but we will also come together in recognizing the incredible strength, resilience and support we have created as a community and received from afar!

💓 Saturday+Sunday @ 10am, we'll rejoice in gratitude and love for the life we're lucky to be leading, to see what more will grow & flourish in the months/years that lie ahead.

WOAH ✨ Still *riding-high* from this morning's class on Day 3 of the 🙌🏽🎉
What a fantastic gathering, beautiful energy exchange & the most fun doing it in the very heart of downtown Asheville ❣️ Thank you all that shared this space today, it was absolutely one for the books!

🙏🏽 It was a total honor to host two Yoga in the Park classes during this festival, and we're already talking about next year! Thank you to for making all of this happen, bringing so many amazing, talented & enthusiastic people together in one grand space!! Your hard work & exhausting efforts have shined-through and is so appreciated! 🤗
🍂 We also had the most gorgeous pre-fall weather that made for one of the best weekends in '25 on record here in Asheville!

✌🏽 The FestAVL is continuing on through this evening, so be sure to check out the local artisan vendors, tastey food, local crafted drinkies & more awesome music through 10pm 🎶🙌🏽
