StoneCreek Health & Rehabilitation is a 112 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, specializing in short term rehabilitation and long term care.

Katie brings 18 years of clinical and quality improvement leadership experience across academic medical centers and diverse care settings. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, live music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
