You can introduce accelerated breathing after taking the cannabis and feeling its glow. This can be done for just a few minutes and can significantly “amp up” the effect of the specific cannabis you have chosen. Or you can focus on long slow exhales to support a more relaxed, deeper body experience. Experiment…it’s harmless and 100% under your control.
