Inversions and Arm Balances: Why do I have a class dedicated to this?

Inversions from a physiological perspective and energetic perspective, bring your “water body” over your head and hydrate the areas of your body related to your upper chakras: so your throat, face, firmer breasts, arms, head, hair, and way up over your head. It helps reverse the aging process and maintaining a youthful glow. These are just some of the benefits:
