Update one: We just had the best time visiting a bunch of loved ones in Florida. Our cups are feeling pretty full ❤️

Update two: This Mini Asheville Retreat here in Asheville NC, March 26th-29th will be our last retreat for around a year (since Italy is sold out). Not only will it be our last retreat for a while, it very well may be our LAST mini retreat in Asheville.

We have some big life changes coming this way and we want to focus on International Retreats and Local Women’s Circles.
*We still have plans to go to some pretty epic places here in the states, but that will be further down the line.

Our big goal right now is creating fun, adventurous retreats abroad for those who don’t want to plan it themselves, or don’t want to travel solo. It’s a great way to explore and make new, deep connections.

Just day dreaming about our time in Iceland a few months back and still trying to figure out how this place is even real 👀

Howdy 👋🏼
We’re hosting a mini retreat here in Asheville! March 26th-29th.
We will be hiking, hanging out with llamas (yes you read that right, hiking with them even), creating art, doing yoga, fun workshops, and just having a rootin tootin good time.

Price: $750-$925 depending on room. $250 nonrefundable but transferable deposit to secure your spot.

We have a few exciting announcements. Gonna try to keep it short and sweet!

1. We are having a mini retreat here in Asheville, March 26th-29th.
Price $750-$925 depending on room.
Included:

🦙 Llama Trek (see photo- you’ll have your own llama to hike around an apple orchard with!)

2. We have a women’s gathering coming up this January 16th, Friday from 6pm-8pm. Join us for an evening of setting intentions through sensory exploration and connection to bring in the New Year!
Located at Still Point Wellness in east Asheville.

👀 Creating vision boards after moving through the senses
🍵 Tea and snacks
Price: Sliding scale $30-$60

Just popping in to say hi 🥰. Being active and present on social media has not been our jam lately, and that’s ok. We’ve been busy celebrating our birthdays and just doing life.

But we’re feeling the buzz of excitement in our bones about our work and what lies ahead.

We’re still taking applications for our Italy retreat in the spring, it will likely be full soon and we’d love for you to join us if that adventure calls to you ✨

We’re also planning our next women’s gathering on Thursday, November 20th from 6-8 pm. If you’re local to the Asheville area and interested in dropping into an evening of connection with a group of women, we’d love to have you. Humor, play, goofiness… it’s at the forefront of our work and who we are as individuals.

It’s also something we use to strike the balance with grief, pain, and the harder things in life. Not in a way to bypass, but in a way to make space for both. To feel the full range.

The core of our work holds the polarity of experiencing both joy and grief, because we are here to experience both. And there’s not one without the other. That’s life baby.

We’re not meant to be in the depths all the time. And we can’t ride the highs forever.

But what we can do is actively, and intentionally, choose to FEEL wherever we are at on this spectrum. Without trying to change it, just being present with it, leaning into it, and feeling it deeply.

It’s quite powerful the freedom we can feel when we choose to do this. (As pictured above - feeling wild and free in Joshua Tree 🤠)

We’re working on cooking up some more offerings for our community this year. Stay tuned for more experiences with us where we will work through the work and bring in the play.
