Spontaneous erections or even ej*******on can sometimes happen during a pelvic exam or treatment session. This is a normal physiological response and does not mean anything inappropriate is happening.

A qualified pelvic floor therapist should prepare you for this possibility before the exam, explain what is normal, and create a space that feels respectful and safe. There is no shame in how your body responds.

Objectophilia is a type of paraphilia in which someone feels sexual or emotional attraction to objects, such as fences. I’m never here to shame desire. I’m here to help people understand their bodies and stay safe. Sitting or grinding on a fence can create pressure, friction, and impact that put the v***a, cl****is, urethra, va**na, pelvic floor muscles, and nerves at risk of injury.

Simple strategies, such as using a cushion, compression pad, athletic supporter, or a thick sanitary pad, can help protect sensitive tissues. Always check your body for cuts or abrasions after any impact play.

Pooping accidents are more common than most people realize, and they are often linked to a condition called a**l incontinence. A**l incontinence is the involuntary leakage of stool, gas, or mucus.

Staying continent depends on several factors working together. These include proper a**l sphincter function, stool consistency, nerve health, gut motility, and cognitive awareness of bodily signals. It is not just about muscle strength.
If accidents are happening, it does not mean you failed your body. It means something in the system needs support, guidance, or retraining.

A common mistake people make with urinary urgency is cutting back on fluids. It sounds logical, but it often makes things worse. When urine becomes more concentrated, it can irritate the bladder and urethra, which increases urgency and discomfort.

Instead, try sipping water consistently throughout the day to keep urine diluted. This can help calm bladder signaling. Reducing bladder irritants like caffeine, alcohol, sugary drinks, and carbonated beverages can also make a noticeable difference.

If you have a tight pelvic floor or pelvic pain, you may have been told to never contract your pelvic floor. That advice is not always supported by research. In some cases, gently contracting a muscle and then fully letting it go can actually help reduce tension and calm the nervous system.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach and should always be guided by a qualified pelvic floor therapist who understands your history and symptoms. The goal is modulation, not forcing relaxation or strength.

Your epididymis is the coiled structure that sits on top of each testicle and stores mature s***m. When arousal builds and does not move forward you may feel pressure warmth or a heavier sensation in the sc***um. That is common and usually harmless.

But if you ever notice deep purple discoloration sudden swelling sharp one sided pain or fast changes in size that is not blue balls. Those symptoms need medical assessment right away to rule out conditions like torsion or infection.

Sitting or standing when you p*e, there is no one right way to do it. Research shows both positions can work well for healthy bladder emptying. If you have prostate symptoms or feel like you are not emptying fully it might be worth trying the other position to see what feels better for you.

Comfort and flow are what matter most. Listen to your body and do what helps your bladder relax and release.

Worried about a blue ball Christmas Here are simple ways to keep things calm and comfortable. You can ma******te to ej*******on or let arousal fade naturally. Slow breathing into your belly and sc***um helps blood flow return and activates your rest and digest nervous system.

A short walk gentle lower body stretching or a warm shower can ease pelvic floor tension and reduce pressure in the sc***um. Even shifting your attention to something else helps your nervous system settle. Blue balls is uncomfortable but temporary and your body knows how to reset.
