Happy Sandy’s Kitchen
“When my kids were young I often made what I called ‘Cake Mix Cookies’. I loved that I could make such a wide variety of cookies based on the flavor of cake mix I used and what add-ins I included. I’ve used yellow, white, chocolate, lemon, and spice cake mixes.”
“ Very Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies.” Get ready for a soft yummy very vanilla chocolate chip cookie that will be a hit with your friends and family. It's soft, vanilla, and loaded with mini chocolate chips.

1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
