I am excited to announce that I am starting my Reiki healing practice up again! 🙌🏼 I was originally in Tennessee, but recently moved back to Minnesota. And now that I am settled, I am ready to start taking appointments 💖

We are in the midst of a major shift in paradigm and consciousness, and the waves of change are big and heavy. We are all feeling it!! So many emotions rising to the surface. So much confusion. So many questions! For a lot of us, it’s been almost too much and we are struggling day to day. With energy, with purpose, and so many other things.

Reiki is a helpful tool in healing to help these waves move through you with ease, and make room for the integration of more and more light ✨ It can aid with clarity and peace of mind, and release of the emotional traumas that have been stuck, and rising to the surface.

We are all in this together! And one of the best things we can do, is be the best versions of ourselves that we possibly can be! Learning, healing, growing, and fighting for what we love. I am here to fight for all of you! And to help you on your healing journey the best that I can 💪🏼 💕 I’m so grateful to be back!

We often self sabotage our healing.

When we want to heal many times we are still living in the past, or still surrounding ourselves with toxic people and places.

You cannot heal in the environment that made you sick, and the only place we exist in is now.

Just like when we are injured we are asked to rest. And in time and with care the injury will heal. If we don’t listen to that advice and do not rest and do not give it time, the injury will not heal as it should, or not at all. The same goes for our healing for that which we cannot see. Rest, recovery, time.
