We are proud to have Brandon Collins, Program Director of Healogics, Inc., leading our Wound Care Center, which opened this past October. His expertise and dedication to advanced wound healing bring an incredible resource to our patients and community right here in Ashland.

Having specialized wound care available locally is so important. For many patients, chronic or non-healing wounds require ongoing treatment and frequent visits. By offering these services at UH Samaritan, we help reduce the stress and burden of traveling outside of Ashland for care — making treatment more convenient, accessible, and close to home.

We’re excited about the impact our Wound Care Center is already making and look forward to the continued healing and support it will provide to our community.

UH Samaritan staff proudly wore red on February 6th to help shine a spotlight on the importance of heart health and encouraging our community to take steps toward prevention, education, and healthier lifestyles. From learning CPR to staying active, managing blood pressure, eating well, and reducing stress, even small changes can make a big difference for heart health.

We’re proud of our staff for coming together to support this important cause and for their continued commitment to caring for the hearts of our patients, our community, and each other.
