No two teachers are alike because no two yogis are.

At Rogue Valley Yoga, we don’t do cookie-cutter flows or templated cues. We hold space for real humans with unique rhythms, emotional waves, and evolving needs. Some days you want to move and other days you need stillness.

We’re not here to fix you. We’re here to help you remember yourself.

Come meet the teachers and try a class that calls to you.

Rogue Valley Yoga is more than a place to take a class.

It’s a community yoga studio in Ashland, OR where you can move your body, clear your mind, and feel like you truly belong.

Located just off Hersey Street, our studio offers practical, accessible yoga for real life. From gentle and restorative classes to vinyasa flow, immersive workshops, private sessions, teacher training, and mentorship, there’s a path here for every stage of your journey.

New to yoga? You’re welcome. Practicing for years? You’re welcome.

We believe yoga should feel supportive, not competitive. Our experienced instructors are here to guide you safely, thoughtfully, and with care.

You know those days when you’re not tired exactly… but you feel wired?

When your body is asking for a break but your mind hasn’t gotten the memo?

That’s what restorative yoga is for.

Blankets tucked in, bolsters under your knees, lights a little softer, and you just lie there... supported.

And slowly, your body remembers how to relax.

If your nervous system could talk, it would probably ask you to come to restorative this week.

We’ll set everything up. You just show up.

Emam & Mahalakshmi Return to RVY ✨

They joined us last year, and it was truly magical. The room was full, the singing was strong, and the evening lingered in our hearts long after the last chant.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of vibrant world music and uplifting Kirtan with Emam & Mahalakshmi, visiting from Goa, India.

👉 Sliding scale $25–35 (included in Namaste Membership). Financial accommodation available.

Community vegetarian potluck after (bring a dish or come as you are)

Emam is a tabla master and disciple of Maha Avatar Babaji since 1978, trained under legendary Ustad Alla Rakha and Zakir Hussain. Mahalakshmi is a vocalist and composer trained in Western flute and Indian classical music. Together they perform with MahaMaya Band and lead Kirtan as Rhythm & Mantra.

Come ready to sing, move, listen, or simply soak in the beauty of the evening. These gatherings remind us what it feels like to root into love and rise together.

RSVP appreciated so we can prepare the space.

Optional: Bring a non-perishable item for the Ashland Food Bank.

We set the bar high and we’re not sorry about it!

We don’t want to exclude anyone. We just have high intentions to create the conditions where everyone can rise.

Communicating boundaries is a love language. It’s how we build a space where good yoga can actually happen and where respect for each other and our shared space is foundational.

Your body deserves teachers who hold standards and our community deserves practitioners who show up with intention.

All levels, all bodies, all welcome. All held to the same respect.

We talk about props a lot at Rogue Valley Yoga, but we're going to repeat ourselves (again) for those that need the reminder.

Props are NOT a sign of weakness! Using a block, strap, or bolster helps you find better alignment and stay injury-free.

We highly recommend grabbing props at the beginning of class. Even if you don't need them this time, it's nice to know they're there (like little cheerleaders rooting you on).

There's room for you. Those four words are our whole philosophy. Whether you've never touched a yoga mat or you've been practicing for decades... pull up a block, grab a blanket, and come as you are.

We'd love to see you!

When someone says, “I am so at home and inspired in every class…”
we don’t take that lightly.

At Rogue Valley Yoga, each instructor brings their own unique voice, yet what lives at the core of our teaching is awareness, integrity, and support.

We are so grateful you’re here, Paula. And to anyone wondering if they’re in the right place, maybe you are too. 😉

It's the first day of our Yoga Teacher Training program and there is something so special about watching a room full of yogis say “yes” to going deeper.

For 9 weeks, we begin with the Yoga Intensive and building a strong, steady foundation in philosophy, anatomy, asana, and self-inquiry.

Then we move into The Art of Effective Teaching for 3 weekends and studio class mentorship (keep an eye out for our new student teachers).

So proud of this new group and can't wait to dive in!
