Our patients are the best!!

In May, the city of St. Louis was struck by an EF3 tornado, which caused significant damage and fatalities. With winds reaching up to 152 mph, the tornado traveled over 23 miles through the city and caused extensive damage to homes, businesses, and community centers. The tornado damaged or destroyed 5,000 buildings and caused an approximate $1.6 billion in property damage.

Wanting to help those in need, PEAK, in partnership with Orthopedic Associates and The Little Bit Foundation, set up donation bins in all 6 of our STL clinics to collect items from our patients to distribute to those who have been affected by the horrible natural disaster.

We're proud to share that our patients donated FOUR carloads of goods to give to The Little Bit Foundation to assist in clean up and distribution to those who need it!! We are blown away by the selflessness and compassion shown by our patients, and we’re grateful for each and every one of you! Thank you!!

Teamwork in action 💙

This moment shows what makes our clinic special: people supporting each other without hesitation. It’s more than just getting through the day. It’s about helping out, solving problems together, and building a space where everyone feels supported.

When one team member steps in, the others are right there with them. That kind of care and connection is what keeps us strong, for each other and for our patients.

💬 What does great teamwork mean to you? 👇 Tell us in the comments or tag someone who always has your back!

Tennis elbow can be frustrating, but with the right exercises and care, you can get back to your daily activities and sports pain-free!

Here’s a glimpse of the rehab process we use at Peak Sport and Spine to help you heal:

1️⃣ Wrist Flexor Stretch
Stretching the wrist flexors to reduce tension and improve flexibility.

2️⃣ Wrist Extensor Stretch
Targeting the wrist extensors to relieve stiffness and build mobility in the elbow and wrist.

3️⃣ Towel Twist
A simple but effective exercise to build strength and stability in the wrist and forearm, helping you regain control over everyday tasks.

4️⃣ Pronation - Supination
Rotational movements to improve strength and flexibility, assisting with controlling the wrist and elbow motions.

5️⃣ Ice Massage
An easy way to reduce inflammation and cool down sore muscles, bringing relief to those painful spots around the elbow.

Did you know that poor posture, especially when using your phone or computer, can lead to chronic neck and shoulder pain? 😣

Tech Neck happens when we hunch over our screens for extended periods, causing discomfort that often starts in the neck and spreads to the shoulders and back. If not corrected, it can lead to muscle spasms and long-term pain. 🌀

Drop a comment below if you’re ready to improve your posture and say goodbye to neck pain! ⬇️💬

Marching in Place Challenge 🚶‍♂️

Our team took on the challenge. How do you think they did? 😆💥

Ever wonder why it's so tough to stay in the box while marching blindfolded? It’s because your brain's GPS relies on your vision! ❌👀

Without your eyes, your brain has to rely on balance and body awareness. This means those tiny wobbles start stacking up, and next thing you know… you’re drifting like a cart with a wonky wheel! 🤪

Your eyes do so much more for your balance than you realize! 💡

👯‍♂️ Tag a colleague or friend who would totally crush this challenge with you!
