I have recently started a part time, Independent Practice in order to continue seeing people in my area, for Mental Health Therapy. My availability is limited and I can only accept self pay, at this time. My office hours are by appointment only, so I am best reached by email or messenger for any inquiries. I do want to be here to share some Mental Health resources, be an ally, or provide support a

nd encouragement for others along the way. In order to do this according to my therapy style and value of authenticity, some content may be expressive: (honest, vulnerable, with some language) and it may be challenging if it goes against how you’ve always thought and believed. I would encourage you to stay if anything does challenge you, because that’s where growth happens. We all have “mountains to climb”, just with different obstacles along the way. However, We don’t have to climb them alone, or without the proper tools and resources that hinder us from enjoying the view.
