Taking Cues from Crumb at LOPT-Ashland!!

One of our favorite things in the clinic? Talking about your dogs during sessions! 🐶💬 Sometimes they’re our best helpers…getting us up for walks, stretching on the floor beside us, or keeping us moving with their endless energy. Other times… let’s be honest… they can make home exercises a little more “interesting” (ever tried to do bridges with a pup climbing on you?).
