It's not about seeking attention or trying to be liked; it’s about being present, curious, and kind in a way that disarms.

Animals sense it, kids pick up on it, and strangers are drawn to the openness that invites them to share.

It’s the kind of energy that creates space for others, that says you are seen, you are safe.

Maybe the critics focus on flaws, but the truer measure is in these unspoken connections.

Energy doesn’t lie because it’s not about words; it’s about how you make others feel.

And she makes people feel like they belong, like they can breathe a little easier.

Good morning friends!
I am learning so many lessons about how to balance my life and work energy. I continue to appreciate your support as we all grow together.
Effective immediately, I will no longer be able to do house calls with my massage table. If you are in need of any bodywork please feel free to contact me at Southern Oregon Chiropractic in Central Point. They will accept most insurance. If you are one of my friends who is not covered by insurance, please feel free to reach out to me privately to schedule an appointment AT MY HOME. I will be available most Friday, Saturday or Sundays. Hours are limited.
I am currently looking for an apartment/house closer to Central Point, because so many of you are not comfortable with the drive.

I was trying to delete the 3,200 miscellaneous emails and I accidentally erased ALL OF THEM!!! I am surprised at the amount of joy and relief that I am experiencing right now.
