Kenneth (Joe) Pyles Whose Been A Member Of Our Ashland Prosthetic Family For 4 Years Received His New, Right Below Knee Prosthetic Leg At Our Carter Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky Office This Week.
Kenneth Already Knew Co:Owner L.P.O Ervin L. Stepp Was Kentucky’s High Schools Mr. Basketball In 1980, So He Requested Ervin’s Mr. Basketball 1980 Title Be Placed On His Prosthetic Limb, As Well As He Wanted Ervin To Sign His Prosthetic Socket.
This Is The First Time We Ever Received A Request Like This Be Placed As The Design On A Prosthetic Limb But Kenneth ( Joe) Loves The Game Of Basketball And Also Wanted Ervin’s Signature On His Artificial Limb. He Didn’t Only Receive A New K3 Functional Prosthetic Limb, But Also Received Basketball Memorabilia.
Ervin Felt Uncomfortable Since So Much Time Had Passed Since The “Good Ole Days” As He Calls It, But Alot Of People Have Never, And Will Never Forget His “Good Ole Days” Of Playing Basketball.
Basketball Was And Still Is A Sport Our Entire Family Lived, Loved, Played, And Still Are Playing, From Our Children, To Now Our Grandchildren Play!
So With Ervin’s Sisters ( Judith’s) Encouragement, We Moved Forward To Manufacture And Deliver What Our Dear Friend Kenneth (Joe) Requested For His Design. What Mr. Pyles Really Needs To Know Is He Actually Is Our Hero!!
Our Prosthetic Family Member Has Overcame Sickness, Amputation Of His Leg, And Learning To Walk At An Active K3 Functional Level With A Below Knee Prosthetic Limb!! You Kenneth, Along With All Of Patients Are Our Heros And We’re So Proud Of Each One Of You!!❤️🙏🦵🎉
