The Ashland Public Library has some amazing classes, and they have been sharing some amazing information through a Women's Health Series.
They discussed hormonal health, nutrition and this week I am honored to help empower women to know the importance of exercise through different stages of life and how we can work those things into our daily lives.
Please join me this Sunday at 1pm at the library. They have one more the following week as well you will not want to miss on mental health!
See you Sunday at 1pm at the library! RSVP here!
