Located in Ashland, Kentucky, Boyd Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 60-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

Our residents had a simple but BIG idea this Valentine’s Day — could we receive Valentine’s cards from all 50 states? ❤️🇺🇸

We are absolutely amazed by the kindness that has poured in, but we’re not done yet! As you can see, several states are still waiting for a heart, and our residents would LOVE to see every single one filled in. If you’d like to help us finish the map, there’s still time to send a Valentine and be part of something that has meant so much to our residents. We extended our deadline to the end of February. Thank you to everyone who has already shared a little love — you’ve made this Valentine’s Day unforgettable. ❤️

Last week was Activity Professionals Week, and we are incredibly grateful for this outstanding team! 🌟 We are truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and passionate group who go above and beyond for our residents each day to create joy, foster connection, and provide meaningful moments that enrich their lives.

A heartfelt thank you to our Activity Director, Kari Strine, Activity Assistants Tamara Connelly and Donna Sparks, and our bus driver Tyler Waddle, who always ensures our residents can safely and happily attend special events and outings.
