Lots of new people here so I thought I’d go ahead and do a little re-introduction.

I’m Amy K!

I provide trauma sensitive therapy services that integrate somatic movement, yoga, mindfulness, breath work, meditation and embodied practices to support healing, emotional resilience, and personal growth.

My new office is in Ashland, Ohio, but I also see virtual clients through Graceful Balance Wellness and private practice (sometimes).

I love plants and hiking. I have three dogs and two cats. I serve on the production team at church and I prefer to drink my coffee black.
