Happy Wednesday š±
One thing Iāve noticed over and over in my office through the yearsā¦
When the body is depleted in foundational nutrients, itās very difficult to build true health.
Itās a lot like gardening.
If the soil is depleted, nothing really thrivesāno matter how much effort we put into the surface.
Itās the same with our health.
We want more energy.
Better digestion.
Balanced blood sugar.
Weight loss that actually lasts.
But if the foundation is depleted, the body often struggles to respond the way we want it to.
One foundational nutrient I consistently see people lacking is folateānot synthetic folic acid, but real, whole food folate that the body can actually recognize and use.
One of the foundational tools we often use in our office for this kind of depletion is a whole food supplement by Standard Process called Whole Food Folateāespecially when weāre seeing patterns connected to stress, nervous system imbalance, fatigue, or MTHFR variations.
When the foundation is supported well, the body is often much more capable of responding the way it was designed to.
šæ Just something Iāve been reflecting on this week as Iāve been out tending to the soil in my garden⦠and thinking about how similar that process really is to our health.
